Late night check in available on request only chargeable at £10, please call us to inform - preferably prior to day of arrival.

Payments:
Pre-authorisation of £50 required by card alternatively in cash (returnable deposit).
Any bookings of 3 rooms or more, as well as 3 days or more, will require a deposit of 30% of the booking total. We accept cash, visa debit, euro/MasterCard and maestro.
Families/Children
An adult required per room. Infants cots are available at a fee of £5.00 per night. Additional bed's available upon request at a fee of £10 per night (subject to availability).

Cancellations and No shows:
There is no charge for cancellations and modifications made 48 hours prior to arrival. In the event of a no show, you will be charged for your full stay. Non-Refundables will be charged in full if cancelled or modified at anytime.
If card details are requested upon failure to authorise booking we must be contacted within 48 hours or your booking will be cancelled. Penalties:
Strictly no smoking within the hotel, any guests caught smoking may be expected to pay a fine of up to £200. Damages incurred from guests will result in a fine to compensate for losses, which can be charged by card or cash.
